Hampton Grange Hospital
Hampton Grange, Voluntary Aid Detachment (VAD), Hospital in Hereford. Patients were generally those less seriously wounded but in need of a period of convalescence.
Return to Regiment - Draft of men left Oswestry Camp (3rd Battalion Herefordshire Regiment) on Friday 21st April 1916 to return to the Herefordshire 1st/1st Regiment in Egypt. Under the command of Lieutenant C.D.G.Pilkington.
